Breakfast served your way

We serve a satisfying gourmet breakfast, different every day. Fresh fruit, savory quiche, tasty frittatas, buttery coffee cakes, tender muffins, fresh-squeezed orange juice, premium coffee and teas. Seating times to be arranged with guests. Dine with a crowd or have an intimate breakfast together with your spouse, in the dining room, on the porch or patio or in your room. We’ll arrange it just the way you like it.

An array of teas, juices and coffee choices is always included. We believe in real cream, real butter and fresh, organic food. We grow our herbs and vegetables on-site. The eggs are gathered fresh from a local farm, twice weekly.

With advance notice, we can accommodate vegetarian, low-carb or low calorie, or juicing diets. 

Afternoon treats

Every afternoon from 3:00 P.M. on, in the dining room, you’ll find a selection of yummy treats. Our famous creamy fudge is on hand at all times, plus goodies like raspberry brownies, banana cream cheese cupcakes, or lemon berry bites. Also enjoy fresh fruit, lemonade or Paradise iced tea, plus hot tea selections. Linda is a blue ribbon winner with the Los Angeles County Fair, so look forward to some serious sweetness.

Hot Springs Hot Tub

Refresh yourself after a long day of sight-seeing or seminars in our 6 person hot tub under a canopy of stars in our courtyard. Fluffy terry robes and slippers can be found in your closet.

Peaceful Prayer Room

A wonderful resting place for private prayer and meditation, located just off the entry hallway. This serene room has a clear view to the horse pasture across the roadway, with scenic Granite Mountain rising above the bucolic scene. There are Bibles, in print and on CD, worship music or meditative instrumentals on CDs, private communion service with instructions, books and magazines to inspire you, prayer guides, cozy recliners, or big prayer pillows for the floor. If you’d enjoy a private place of prayer each day, we’ll make sure the room is reserved for your own private “quiet time.”  

Great Room

Our spacious living room has several options for your relaxing pleasure. A baby grand piano for those who enjoy playing, comfy couches for lounging and reading from our large library of books and magazines and newspapers, and a game table for chess, puzzles, or cards. Our whole family loves to play cards!

Spacious Bedrooms, Comfy, Cozy Beds

Each bed has a new pillow-top mattress and an option of foam or feather pillows. Down comforters and comfy quilts help you snuggle in, and extra blankets are available on your closet shelf . In the winter, bed warmers are tucked under your sheets during turn down service. You’ll sleep in perfect comfort! Besides comfort, you’ll find our home is fastidiously clean. You never have to worry if your bedspread (or anything else!) is clean at Blessing Retreat.
